    BusTechs employees are highly motivated, qualified mechanics drawn from a wide spectrum of experience. We employ a range of of experience from recent votec grads at the beginning of their career to fully certified journeymen at the management level.

    BusTechs draws upon a global resource database to recruit candidates local to a jobsite. The BusTechs’ recruiting staff evaluates the credentials of each applicant relative to the needs of our customers. Qualified candidates whose credentials fit the desired skill level are then hired and placed in positions.
