When do I get paid?
Employees are paid by BusTechs weekly. Any issues with pay can be directed to the Payroll department at (888) 637-3776.
What happens when my assignment is over?
Once the job is completed, BusTechs will work to locate additional work for you based on your profile and performance review from the previous employer. Those employees who consistently rate highly in performance reviews will be placed more often.
What happens if I forget to turn in my time card on time?
In the event that you forget to turn your time card in, you will need to contact the BusTechs HR department. We will facilitate a conversation with the client that will ensure that you will receive your pay and the client is billed for the appropirate amount of hours.
How long is the waiting period before I am actually covered by the benefits/insurance?
30 days from the initial start date is when you would be eligible for coverage. BusTechs places a great deal of importance on the health and well being of our employees and wants to make sure they feel secure in the positions they take.
If I need to miss days of work because of illness or other emergency or want to request specific days off in the future who do I contact?
If you fall ill or need to request time off, you will need to contact the BusTechs Recruiting department at (888) 637-3776. They will be able to alert the client of your abscence or work to schedule alternate arrangements.
Do I get paid for sick time?
Unfortunately no, you will not be paid for days called in sick.
Once my probationary period is over, how do I rollover as an employee of the client?
Once your probationary period is over, BusTechs will work with you to move you to full employment status of the client. At that point you will receive the full benefits afforded to full time employees of that organization.
What pages of the application do I need to fill in?
New employees are required to fill in all the parts of the employee start pack located online here. Additional paperwork for current employees is available here. For any questions on filling out these pieces contact your recruiter.
How do I submit my application paperwork to BusTechs?
Application paperwork can be submitted via fax at (630) 468-1997 or by emailing to your recruiter as an attached PDF. If you have any questions please call (888) 637-3776.
Who do I contact for employment verification?
Once your paperwork is submitted, your recruiter will work with the client to secure employment. If you do not hear within 24 hours about the position you should contact your recruiter to make sure that everything was properly received.
