Employment Process

4 Steps to Your New Position:

Step 1 - Screening

  • BusTechs will screen candidate through initial phone contact and or face-to-face interview
  • Job seeker emails or faxes resume for review
  • During this review process, job seeker may include any certifications, licenses, etc. that they would like BusTechs to maintain in their profile
  • If job seeker qualifications match client job requirements, job seeker will be forwarded compliance/application paperwork

 

Step 2 - Forms

  • Job seeker shall receive compliance/application paperwork via FedEx or download from website
  • Job seeker shall receive drug test form via FedEx
  • Compliance/application paperwork will consist of the following:
    • BusTechs application packet (26 pages)
    • BusTechs handbook on alcohol & substance abuse in the workplace
    • Benefits enrollment packet
    • Federal Drug Testing Custody and Control (COC) form
    • Orange laminated Workers Compensation Information card
  • Application paperwork will be filled out by job seeker and faxed to BusTechs within 48 hours of receipt
  • Job seeker shall be directed to a drug testing lab for a Department of Transportation (DOT) urinalysis. Candidate shall fax to BusTechs carbon copy of drug test form upon completion of urinalysis test 

 

Step 3 - Compliance

  • Compliance results shall be obtained from third party vendors within 3-4 days
  • If job seeker clears compliance, candidate will be considered eligible for employment with BusTechs

 

Step 4 - Confirmation

  • Once client approves candidate, salary/hourly rates, shift time, schedule, and reporting time for first day of duty will be confirmed with both client and candidate
  • Candidate is employed through BusTechs
