Safety First
Our commitment to safety ensures a tight synergy with our customers’ corporate culture. In addition to protecting the health of our employees, the customer and the public, our aggressive safety approach also serves to reduce insurance and other costs.
We care about the safety of all employees and customers both at work and at home. We are actively building a culture that puts SAFETY FIRST.
Repair it. Remove it. Replace it.
Stop and look around. Identify unsafe conditions in your environment - and then take action to correct, remove or report the items that are causing the danger.
If lifting, moving and other potentially dangerous tasks are part of your job, ask for assistance, use proper equipment and follow all safety procedures. If you are unsure about how a task can be safely accomplished - please ask first. If you are not qualified or trained for a particular task - please don’t perform it. If you are asked to do something that is unsafe, inform your supervisor and/or your PlaneTechs contact immediately.
Safety doesn’t just happen.
Safety is EVERYONE'S RESPONSIBILITY. Creating a safe environment is only accomplished through continual safety awareness, talking about safety and taking action to ensure safety.
It is BusTechs’ policy to strive for the highest safety standards in all aspects of our business. Safety does not occur by chance. It is the result of careful attention to all company operations by those who are directly and indirectly involved. Employees at all levels must work diligently to execute our policy of maintaining safety and occupational health.
Regard for the safety of the general public, our own employees, our customers’ employees and the employees of our subcontractors is a responsibility of all levels of our organization. Accidents, even minor ones, cause pain, both physical and mental. If we can save the general public and our employees from needless injury, we will have reached our goal.
